Official Instructions
“Read the text and answer the question by selecting all the correct responses. More than one response is correct.”
Negative marking applies. Each wrong selection deducts 1 point. Do NOT guess — only select options you are genuinely confident about.
Key Tips
- ➤Negative marking is real. Each wrong option selected deducts 1 point. If in doubt, leave it out.
- ➤Read the full passage before looking at options. Multiple correct answers often span different paragraphs.
- ➤Eliminate options with extreme language (“all,” “always,” “never”) — these are rarely correct in academic texts.
- ➤The passage always supports correct answers directly — avoid selecting options that are “probably true” or “common knowledge.”
- ➤Budget 2 minutes maximum per question. It’s worth sacrificing one uncertain question to keep time for the rest.
